The PlasmaWave uses an innovative 5-stage air cleaning system to systematically and silently remove and neutralize harmful airborne particles from your home. The initial anti-bacterial pre-filter collects large particles such as pollen, dust and pet hair. Next, a True HEPA filter captures 99.9% of impurities as small as .3 microns, including smoke, mold spores and pet dander. Then a shield of silver mesh neutralizes bacteria on contact. After that, a washable carbon filter traps damaging chemical vapors and odors (cigarette smoke, cooking smells, etc.). In the final stage, the PlasmaWave creates Hydroxyls, which attack and neutralize harmful bacteria, odors, viruses, gases and mold. Other bells and whistles: dust and odor sensors that automatically monitor air quality and adjust fan accordingly, light sensor to automatically activate sleep mode, and alert to change the filter.
